Morning Covenant Prayer

Matthew 16: 16-17

Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied,

“ Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven.”

Father in heaven,

You are no respecter of persons.

Would You reveal who Jesus is to   ? Empower each one to surrender to You, Jesus. Empower each to live for You, Jesus, as Lord. Thank You for Your forgiveness and Your love.

We repent of our complacency and the places we have not made You, Lord. Forgive, heal, and fill with Your Holy Spirit. Transform our lives and these lives for Your glory.

In the Name of Jesus, who understands and can do more than we imagine,

Amen

Covenant Prayers to pray this week…and you can invite others to pray with you!! Come boldly to God’s throne praying His Word.

Noon Covenant Prayer

Isaiah 59:21

“As for me, this is My covenant with them,” says the Lord. “My Spirit, who is in you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever,” says the Lord.

Lord,

It is our prayer that Your Spirit and Your Word would not depart from the mouths of  or any of their descendants. Cause the circles of our families to be unbroken on earth and in heaven above.

Your Word says that I have no greater joy than when my children are walking in the truth. We know that this was written regarding spiritual children, but the picture it paints is powerful because the love for our children is powerful, and so we continue to pray fervently for them.

Thank You, Father.

In the Name of Jesus, nothing is impossible for You,

Amen

Evening Covenant Prayer

Isaiah 61: 1b, 3b

He sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners…they will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord, for the display of His splendor.

Lord,

The desire of our hearts for _____  is that You would call each an oak of righteousness for the display of Your splendor.

When people examine their lives, let it be said that You have planted their roots deep into Jesus; You have freed them from captivity; You have bound up their broken heartedness, and released those imprisoned by darkness. Hallelujah!

Great are You, Lord.

In the Name of Jesus, Savior of the Lord,

Amen
