Morning Covenant Prayer

Isaiah 29: 23b-24

…they will keep My Name holy; They will acknowledge the holiness of the Holy One of Jacob, and will stand in awe of the God of Israel…

Those who are wayward in spirit will gain understanding, those who complain will accept instruction.

Lord,

We ask that ______  —ourselves included—would keep Your Name holy. May we stand in awe of You.

You desire a thankful people, and Your Word commands us not to grumble or complain. Forgive us, and forgive each of these we’ve lifted to You, for the times we’ve murmured instead of giving thanks.

You are a good Father. Please grant understanding to those we have brought before You. Cause them to accept instruction and walk the narrow road that leads home to You.

In the most magnificent Name in all the earth—the Name of Jesus,

Amen

Noon Covenant Prayer

Isaiah 30:18-23

Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; He rises to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for Him!...

How gracious He will be when you cry for help! As soon as He hears, He will answer you. Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your eyes will hear a voice behind you saying. This is the way; walk in it.

…Then, you will defile your idols…He will send you rain for the seed you will sow.

Lord,

The mystery of who You are is revealed in Jesus, and we are in awe. Because You are perfectly just, every sin will be paid for in full, for You are a God of justice. But You long to be gracious to us, so You took our punishment, bore our death on the cross, and ROSE to show us compassion.

Send Your Holy Spirit to cause the truth of who JESUS  is and conviction for sin to reverberate in the souls and bodies, minds, and hearts of ______  so that each surrenders to You and defiles their idols. Empower each to cry to You for help, for You will answer immediately.

Let it be Your voice that leads these sheep through life and safely home.

In the Name of Jesus, Resurrected Lord, Shepherd, and KING,

Amen

Evening Covenant Prayer

Psalm 68:1-3

May God arise; may his enemies be scattered; may His foes flee before Him.

As smoke is blown away by the wind, may You blow them away; as wax melts before the fire; may the wicked perish before God. May the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful.

Father,

Arise in the lives of _________, and scatter every enemy that holds them captive.

As smoke vanishes in the wind, let every stronghold be blown away; as wax melts before the fire, let all wickedness perish in Your presence.

We plead the blood of Jesus over these precious ones, asking that You guard them, restore them, and fill them with joy.

May they one day rejoice before You with gladness, because their faith and hope are anchored in Christ, and their lives are surrendered to Him.

In the mighty Name of Jesus—the One who breaks the bars of the yoke and sets the captives free, we pray,

Amen
